Aunt's First Time In America
This is my Aunt’s FIRST time in America! She came here because her son’s wedding is next month and she wanted to be there. Unfortunately my other cousins couldn’t make it, but I’m glad my aunt came anyway :) She came from Lebanon so that’s a longs way from here!

This woman’s plane was coming in at 2 PM and we were all lounging around like we’re in Miami. I was the only one concerned with time. Maybe that’s because the last 2 times I came in from international arrivals I was greeted by DUST.

Even if we flew by telepathy we wouldn’t get there in time.

Mel didn’t give anyone room to talk because she was sneezing every other minute.

Lisa taking pictures. Of herself.

Again.

Did I mention she likes taking pictures of herself?

Group pic! yaaaaa.

AIRPORT SIGN. Thank god.

Pretty sure this was my aunt’s plane. PRETTY sure.

Sam did NOT want to go into the underground parking. She kept freaking out.

My cousins kids hiding from us. Little do they know, I can see them. I guess they just really like strollers.

Mel and Hussein going on about something. I was too busy checking out the hot guys on airport benches to pay attention, really. Notice hot guy to your left. See what I mean? I bet you forgot what I wrote already cause you’re so taken by the hottness.

Hey if the baby doesn’t wanna use it, Fatima will. Gettin’ our moneys worth.

Cute Asian people coming back from Japan. There were two flights coming out: Japan and Frankfurt. Yayyyyy cute cute people :)

My aunt finally came!!! She of course hugs the first person she sees…who happens to be her son. Awwwww moment.

Taleb and Lina seemed thrilled to see their grandmother. At least until they realized she probably wasn’t gonna pull out any candy from her purse, so they gave this look.

Mel getting teary eyed, despite the fact that she cries over anything. Missing socks, Miley Cyrus movies, clothes, etc.

My aunt finally hugging the one person that’s been worth her bad airplane food and CANT HOLD ME DOWN airplane seats: ME!!!!

I love my facial expression in this. I think I was really overwhelmed by the emotion going around.

THIS WAS ME A FEW MONTHS AGO, AND LAST YEAR. I come out of my 15,000 hour flight waiting for my family to greet me and hug me and there is NO ONE. So I would just pretty much sit it out and harass people to use their phones so I can yell at my family.

“LOOK UP!!”
Most recent resource information will go here. Swimchick is under construction as of Dec 25th and will be finished....soon? Just keep checking back ;)
