Into this:
01 First make a new raster layer and fill it with the color #3C3CFC. Set it to Exclusion at 32%.
02 Make another new raster layer. Fill it with the color #FFA903. Set it to Multiply at 32%.
03 Make a new raster layer. Fill it with the color #26F7FE and set it to Lighten at 32%.
04 Take the base and duplicate it. Drag it to the top and set it to Soft Light. After you've set it to Soft Light, duplicate it once more so there are 2 Soft Light layers on the top.
05 Now go to Layers > New Adjustment Layers > Channel Mixer. Match your settings to mine:
Click okay.
06 Now go to Layers > New Adjustment Layers > Curves . Match your settings to mine:
Red:
Input: 197
Output: 179
Make another point...
Input: 157
Output: 60
Green
Input: 183
Output: 214
Make another point...
Input: 122
Output: 139
Blue
Input: 153
Output: 206
And viola! Add some text and a border and you're all done :)
