Into this:
01 First, duplicate your background image. Then go to Adjust > Brightness and Contrast > Threshold. Set it to 128 and press okay.
02 Now go to Adjust > Blur > Gaussian Blur. Set it to 5.00 and press okay.
03 Now set the duplicated background image to Soft Light at 88% opacity.
04 After that go to Layers > New Adjustment Layers > Curves and match your settings to mine:

05 Once you finish that go to Layers > New Adjustment Layers > Levels and match your settings to mine:
06 Now go to Layers > New Adjustment Layers > Channel Mixer and match your settings to mine:
And viola! You're all done!
