Learn this transition:
First start off by making a new raster layer and filling it with the color #8DFA00 at 8% Lighten.
After that go to Effects > Texture Effects > Blinds and set your settings to mine:
Set that layer to Overlay.
Once you're done duplicate your base and drag it to the top. Now go to Effects > Texture Effects >Mosaic - Antique and set your settings to mine:
Press okay.
Now set that layer to 30% opacity so you can see the picture some-what. Get out your freehand selection tool
And match your settings to mine: (it's point to point, keep in mind)
Now using your selection tool, trace Jessica's face (not including the background) like so:
Now press delete once and then put your raster layer opacity to 70%.
Now we want to add some more color to Jessica's face. Go to Layers > New Adjustment Layer > Channel Mixer. Go to the GREEN tab instead of the Red one.
Match your settings to mine:
Set that layer to Color at 58% opacity.
Viola! You're all done!
