First duplicate the base of the picture. After that go to Adjust > Brightness and Contrast > Gamma Correction


Copy your settings to mine:

Then press okay. Set that layer to Hard Light.

Now duplicate the base layer once more and drag it to the top. Go back to Adjust > Brightness and Contrast > Gamma Correction but this time copy these different settings:

Now set that to Hard Light at 68% opacity. And viola! You're all done!
