Turn this boring picture:

into this:



First duplicate the base. Right click on the picture to desaturate it. Make sure it's completely grey.

Set it to soft light at 100%.

Make a new raster layer. Fill it with the color #C7FF05 and set it to multiply at 20%.

Make a new raster layer. Fill it with the color #05B0FF and set it to soft light at 50%.

Duplicate the base layer and drag it to the top. Set it to soft light at 100%.

Copy and paste this gradient on the top of your picture. Then set it to lighten at 44%.


Duplicate the base layer and drag it to the top. Set it to luminance at 100%.

Make a new raster layer. Fill it with the color #FF0540 and set it to soft light at 30%.

Viola! You're all done. Just add your own borders and text!
