01 Make a new raster layer. Fill it with the color #F8B922 and set it to Multiply at 36%.
02 Make a new raster layer. Fill it with the color #1B0A62 and set it to Lighten at 52%.
03 Make a new raster layer. Fill it with the color #4BB3FB and set it to Hard Light at 20%.
04 Go to layeys > new adjustment layer > channel mixer

05 Match your settings to mine:

06 Now take your base, duplicate it, then drag it to the top and set it Overlay at 44%.
