01First duplicate the base layer and sharpen it once. Adjust > Sharpness > Sharpen
02 Merge all the layers. Layers > Merge > Merge All
03 Now we're going to start prepping the picture so it looks better. Use your Soften tool and go over Rosario's face. Only soften areas of her cheek, her nose bridge, her chin, etc. Do not soften over the edges of her nose or around the eye area or her lips.

After you've done that it should look like this (zoomed in):

04 Now take your Dodge tool and dodge Rosario's eyes, hair and earrings.
05 Use your Burn tool to burn the area around Rosario's eyes. This includes her eyelids and the area under her eye. The eye are should look like this:

06 Now we will start to add effects. Duplicate your base and set it to screen.
07 After that, go to adjust > brightness and contrast > brightness/contrast
08 Set your settings to -20, 20.

09 Make a new raster layer. Fill it with the color #04B4AE and set it to Overlay at 56%.
010 Go to layers > new adjustment layer > channel mixer

011 Take your base layer, duplicate it, drag it to the top and set it to Color. Viola! You're all done!
