Turn into

So, start off from the base icon.


Now, duplicate the icon and then set the layer to screen. It should look like this:


Now copy and paste this gradient over your icon

and set it to multiply.

Make a new layer and fill it with the color #001388. Or copy and paste this:

then set it to exclusion at 42%.

Your icon should look like this:


Now, take this gradient and copy and paste onto your icon. Set it to burn at 46% opacity.


Now take this

And set it to lighten at 100%.

Your icon should now look like this:


Now here is the tricky part. Go to layers>new adjustment layers>curves


Now, you will see a popup box with a drop down menu that says RGB, RED, GREEN, BLUE. I will give you the number and which drop down menu you must go to. Just type in the numbers for the number of output and input.


RGB (so make sure you have the RGB on the drop down menu)
Input: 200
Output: 207

Now switch your drop down menu so it says GREEN.
GREEN
Input: 231
Output: 223

Now switch your drop down menu so it says BLUE.
BLUE
Input: 64
Output: 49

Now click okay.
Your icon should now look like this:


Go to layers>merge>merge visible then go to adjust>brightness and contrast> contrast enhancement

check: darker mild and bold

And Viola! You're done!
