01 Duplicate the base twice. Set it the first duplicate to Screen at 20% opacity.
02 Duplicate the 2nd layer to Soft Light at 100% opacity.
03 Make a new raster layer and fill it with the color #180795 and set it to Lighten at 100%.
04 Make a new raster layer and fill it with the color #FEA922 and set it to Multiply at 22% opacity.
05 Duplicate the first base layer, drag it to the top of everything and set it to Overlay at 60% opacity.
06 Make a new raster layer and fill it with the color #0FF7FF and set it to Overlay at 10% opacity.
07 Make a new raster layer and fill it with the color #5E5E5E and set it to Soft Light at 100% opacity.
