Ever wondered how people make those cool little colored bubbles on their layout? This tutorial shows you just how to do that! I'm going to be using this Mischa picture to demonstrate:


Now, go to your paint brush tool . First, you will have to pick the shape. We want a circle so go ahead and pick the ROUND option where it says SHAPE:


Match these other settings aswell: (don't worry about the other options)


Now that you've got that done, make a new raster layer and set it to screen.


Select a color from your material palette and then start using the brush on the Mischa picture.
Mine turned out like this:


You can make it look even cooler by duplicating the base, setting it on top and setting it to overlay!
