For this tutorial I will be using the following picture:


First duplicate your picture, and then go to Adjust > Hue and Saturation > Colorize and match your settings to mine:


Now go to Adjust > Hue and Saturation > Brightness/Contrast and match your settings to mine:


This is the final result:


You can also try different colors and brightness/contrast levels.
