For this tutorial I will be using the following picture:


Now, first make sure you have your layer palette out. If you dont press f8. after your palette is out, duplicate your picture.

After you've duplicated it, set the layer to Screen.


Now, go to Adjust > Brightness and Contrast > Brightness/Contrast and then match your settings to mine:


After that press okay and you should end up with something similiar to this!
