I will be using the following picture for this tutorial:


First you must create a new raster layer. Go to Layers > New Raster Layer. Flood fill this raster layer with the color #5AEDFE and set the layer to Multiply.


Now once you've done that, make another raster layer and flood fill it with the color #FD5BF0. But this time we are going to set the layer to Dodge with an opacity of 66%. You will see a huge change in the picture!
