Now, go to file>export>image mapper

So now you're taken to a window that looks like this: (very confusing haha)

First, we're going to image map the word YOU. Using the square tool, go over the word YOU

Now that its over, you must now type in the information. where it says URL, type in the page URL you want the link to go once the word YOU is clicked.
The ALT text is basically the little yellow box with words that appears when someone hovers over the link.
The target is if you want the link to go to a new page or to an iframe. If you have an iframe type in the name of it OR if you want the link to go to a new page type in _BLANK
format picture is basically if you want the picture as a PNG, GIF, or JPG

Now that you typed in the information, if you would like to image map something else, use the square tool again, but this time go over the words ME and do the same (type in the information) But for this tutorial ill only do the word YOU

Press SAVE AS then name your HTML file. after you save it, go find the HTML file you saved, right click it and press EDIT, get the code and put the code where you want the image mapping to be.


Keep in mind, where it says SCR=mandy.gif, you may have to type in the full URL for the picture when you upload it. so that means you upload the mandy picture and then paste the URL into SCR=PASTEYOURPICTUREURLHERE instead of having mandy.gif.
