I've always resented using the resize option in Paint Shop Pro, because most of the time it made my pictures bad quality. But I've found a better way to make your images smaller while keeping their fine quality.

For this tutorial I will be using this picture:


Select your Pan tool and your zoom settings will pop up.

Now you must adjust the zoom settings to how small you want the picture to be.

I will be zooming out by 60 so the picture is smaller.


After you do this, you must take a screen cap of the image. To do this press PRNT SCRN on your keyboard. Then press CTRL V so that the screen cap of your computer comes up. Take out your Crop tool and crop out the picture.


Once you're done you can sharpen your image once or keep it the way it is. This resizing way is better because it doesn't mess with the pixels of your image and keeps the nice quality of the picture.
