Wind Effect

I will be using this picture:

Now get out your freehand selection tool and match your settings to mine:

Now using your selection tool, outline the outer part of Natalie’s body. It doesn’t have to be perfect!

Now go to Effects > Distortion Effects > Wind

Set the wind strength to 100 going from the right.
Now press CTRL D so the selection goes away and then go to Layers > Duplicate and then set the duplicated layer to Overlay.

And voila! You’re all done!

  4. When I freehand select what i want the wind behind it puts the wind effect on the object im trying to have it behind? HELP?!
